INSTRUCTIONS
-PAN FRY

Place frozen Gyoza in a heated pan. *When using an iron pan, put 1 tablespoon oil before heating.

Pour water (or hot water), cover with a lid, and steam over high heat until the water in the pan is evaporated. Approximate amount of water: 10-20pcs Gyoza 3.5-4oz *Please adjust the amount of water when cooking a small amount

After water evaporates, sprinkles a little oil and when the bottom turns golden brown, it's ready.
